You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not qualify for a return.

Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. This ensures your return is processed efficiently.
C. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at support@Texces.com
. Our team will promptly resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

D. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective items, wrong sizes, or incorrect products. Change-of-mind exchanges are not accepted.

E. Restocking Fee
Texces does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
F. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about your refund status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take slightly longer for the funds to reflect in your account.
Items that do not meet return eligibility (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing tags) will not be refunded, and may be returned to you at your expense. The maximum estimated refund time is 7 business days from approval.
G. Discounts Promotions
